Terms and Conditions.
✔️ Free Trial Workouts are permitted during Staffed hours only unless accompanied by an aptus Member. (See below for entry condition.)
✔️ All Guests MUST BE 18YRS OR OVER, PRESENT VERIFYING IDENTIFICATION and SPEAK TO AN APTUS TEAM MEMBER prior to entry.
✔️ All Guest MUST truthfully complete the ONLINE Guest Register.
✔️ First visit / workout is FREE precluding individual from any other promotional non-member offers.
✔️ Subsequent non member visits / classes are $25 (refundable upon joining aptus Health)
✔️ If coming to aptus, with a current member, outside of Staffed Hours then a $20 entrance fee applies and is to be deposited into the after hours Honor Box.
✔️ As a condition of entry GUESTS must also FULLY COMPLETE the following Guest Register truthfully and completely.
✔️ Guests will abide by aptus Health Club Policies and Procedures and agree to the clubs Release Of Liability (a copy can be obtained from our aptus Health TEAM Member).
✔️ Entry can be denied to any person not complying with the aptus Terms and Conditions.
NOTE: All Guests may from time to time be contacted by aptus Health or one of it's TEAM for administrative or marketing purposes.
